  • Yes! We don’t hold any personal data beyond your registration details, your customer and order details. We do not sell any data or misuse it. We may communicate with you regarding new products and price deals from time to time. You can opt in or out of this if you wish at any time.

  • Yes, it is with us. We deal with 100s of artists and designers and thousands of images, your artwork is only every used to produce orders for your customers.

  • No! Your artwork is used only for our printing purposes and we never sell it on or otherwise reproduce it outside of the normal production process.

  • Yes. Just get in touch with us.

Complaints
  • We take complaints very seriously. If you wish to complain about any part of our service, please call us direct on +44 (0)1709 296 366 and ask to speak to a Director regarding a complaint, and you will be directed straight to a Company Director to discuss where things have gone wrong, and how we can put it right.
